My working attitude is doing the best within my limited capabilities, for getting a job I love is clearly not easy.
It’ll be four years’ work in a month time. In the past four years, I appreciate every opportunity transferring me from a product-editing to an operator, now I am the operation director in charge of Carslan. Think back to the past years Now I can independently undertake my own work changing from a recent college graduate without clear career planning. Now I am convinced that e-commerce is exactly what I want to do in my future. I know I have been growing over the past few years, and this growth based on fullest confidence from my company.
Over the years I’ve come to the conclusion that it is not difficult to be an operator because e-commerce, compared to offline business, has a far lower barrier to entry.
Although many people see the development trend of e-commerce, to be a good operator need not only your passion and your drive, but also a patience and clear minds of markets. I have a deeper understanding of this sentence “Opportunities are always open to those who prepared for it” after attending work. There must be payback if we go all out to do with adequate preparation and careful consideration
There will be many difficult and challenging days ahead, also the e-commerce marker changes every year. Only through more productive working and tight matching can we get a firm foothold in this virtual battlefield.
