It has been 7 years since I join Yidieya before I realize it. During the process of growing with the company, I tasted the joys and sorrows of life to gain much experience. Thanks to all the mentors I met for giving me opportunity for growth, courage and confidence. In the last few years, I have gained some achievements through my tireless efforts, but I know there are still some shortcomings.
I became a member of Yidieya just when I stepped into the society after graduation from school, witnessing a steady growth of the team of 10 people early days developing into the corporate team having over 100 members nowadays. I witnessed the development of Yidieya, also Yidieya occupied my youth in my heart.
I was transferred to an operator from a graphic designer through serious efforts of work and support from my seniors. After 4 years of growing up, now I have been an operation director in charge of Opera, I’m so proud that the shop I run is the leading shop of Yidieya. It means a lot to me, and this can’t be done without the efforts of all my colleagues and support from leaders.
Some experience is summed up during my operation work, but I am still fresh new in team management. I will use my own experience to help my team to make progress together. Also I hope all my colleagues and leadership can point out my shortcoming to improve myself.
