It has been eight years since I join Yidieya in 2008 where I spent the best time of my life, witnessing the growth of company. During the growing strength of the team of 10 people early days developing into the corporate team having over 100 members, a little effort is not nearly enough, persistence and a collaborating team is necessary.
Since I joined the company, I have worked on several positions, always encouraged by leaders. Through all these years, I realize that only culturing an interest in work can we learn to enjoy the process of work and accumulate the knowledge.
We should take a long-term view when looking at work, because temporary ups and downs don’t mean anything. People always want to find the best, but we don’t know what is exactly. At last, I hope I will get better and better. Work hard, live happily and enjoy life!
